The cabin was great and spacious for the number of people we had. There was a nice view in the back of the house and my friends and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the BBQ grill. There is also a hiking trail that takes you on top of the summit which you get a 360 view of the Lake Tahoe area. The only thing you want to be prepared for is driving uphill to the cabin when it's snowing. Be prepared to bring snowchains if the roads is very slippery. Also, it would be nice if they fixed the locks to all the rooms and bathrooms. None of the locks work.

This was a very nice home, tucked back near the backcountry. It was a short drive to the Heavenly ski slopes. We also snowshoed in the backcountry 2 blocks down. The road was plowed to just beyond our driveway, which was good, as there was a ton of snow when we were there last winter (end of February). The home itself was very clean, the kitchen had tons of accessories. The hot-tub was fabulous and the steam shower in the master bedroom was also really cool! It was an easy check-in/check-out process as well. Overall, a great experience!
