The perfect gathering place for family and friends! Every bedroom in this home has its own television and VCR, so you'll never have to fight about what to watch. You'll find larger screens, DVD players, and stereos with CD players in the living area and the family room. Beside the family room you'll find a Lake Tahoe essential - a large deck with a view of the lake! Make use of the table and chairs to dine alfresco, and make use of the hot tub to admire the surrounding view while you unwind with a glass of wine. This property has tons of extras to enhance your experience and enjoyment, including a pool table, foosball table, wet bar, and a game table. You'll also find a Jacuzzi, gas fireplace, steam shower, and a cedar sauna! All of the well-appointed bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers. Stay here and you'll be just a convenient mile away from Lake Tahoe, the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly, the ski lift of Boulder, and area casinos. The owners ask that you be respectful of neighbors and the judge who lives close by. More importantly, however, make sure you enjoy this fabulous home and its many amenities! |

This place was great for the group of young adults. Great layout for privacy from the group when you want to step away for the moment while there is also spaces for the whole group to congregate. The place sleeps more like 20 comfortably if you have a larger group than 16. Comfortable beds, great hot tub on the deck, interior sauna and jacuzzi, pool table, games, tv's, very clean, two car garage, fireplaces, amazing master bedroom on the top floor, multi-decks. On the downside, if you have infants or anyone having trouble walking stairs you may want to think twice about renting. The house is not very close to the beach ($20 dollar cab ride to Zephyr Cove) and about 2 miles away from the casinos.

We loved the home and the children (aged 2 to 21) had fun. Lots of stairs, but easy ones. The house had everything we could want--lots of supplies and very thoughtfully filled with a large dining table, great kitchen and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable furniture. The people we dealt with at the office were most helpful and responsive.

Thank you very much for everything included in this house. We really enjoyed staying there, and of course we enjoyed minor things in it that really made the staying easier.... for example solution for contact lenses! I was impressed! And extra blankets, and extra pillows. Everything was really nice, thank you.

Excellent house. Lots of room. Two living areas. great kitchen. Very functional and big dining room. We had 16 guys. Plenty of bed and bathroom space. Lots of steps and a spiral staircase. Makes for good separation of rooms but would be difficult for elderly or handicapped. Only complaint was no foosballs for the foosball table.

| Managers Response: | | | Thanks Ed, we're glad you had fun with your friends! Next time give us a call if you need something. Our staff would have been happy to provide you with foosballs if you had let us know you needed them. | | | Lennette Perry, Operations Manager | |

Convenient location. Very small kitchen for the size of property. Extremely confusing and illogical layout. Clean and comfortable. Your staff was excellent.

It was the perfect home for a large group of people. Lots of beds, rooms, and bathrooms which is always a plus. All the amenities were taken care of with plenty of extra towels and the most important toilet paper, which you don't realize how much you need it till it's gone. The staff was very friendly and willing to offer up plenty of help if we needed it. Complimentary bottle of wine and coffee. The house was clean and well taken care of.

Huge house with lots of space for a large group. Very odd design with spiral staircases. Nice proximity to the casinos as well as the golf courses in the Genoa area. Electronics could be updated for large group television viewing. Kitchen is tiny for this large of a house. Master bedroom is massive, but we had a hard time adjusting the shower temperature (too hot).

This house is huge. It has multiple levels, and from the top master bedroom you have a view of the lake. Great lower level room with bar and games and deck leading outside to the hot tub. Plenty of space for either large groups, or even for a multi-family outing. With room for 16, they still limit the number of cars to 4, which seems low for a house that size. Great location, as you can catch a cheap cab to the casinos, and it is just around the corner from the rental office.

| Managers Response: | | | We are so glad you enjoyed your stay Steve! Please note that county regulations govern the number of cars that can be parked outside our vacation rental properties. Thanks for your comments. | | | Lennette Perry, Operations Manager | |

Great house - very nice for a large group since it has lots of different areas to spread out in. This house is close to downtown South Lake Tahoe and in a quiet neighborhood. Nice views from the decks. Customer service was great. I felt the leasing company was very fair and helpful. We were here for a family reunion in summer with a bunch of teenagers and the game room was great for them to stay up late without bothering the sleeping people upstairs. I would recommend this house and this leasing company.

My 50th birthday was a blast here! With six siblings, mom, stepmom, and several nieces and nephews, this large home accommodated most of the group and was party central. Rather than hotel rooms, we could all be together for meals, games and to talk about what we had all done throughout the day. There are several decks, although views of the lake are somewhat limited. The house has several other nice amenities including hot tub and pool table. Proximity to the larger casinos of the south shore was a determining factor in choosing this house because most of us like to gamble and wanted to enjoy the greater variety of restaurants, shopping and night life there. There are other homes close by so we were reluctant to choose this rental home at first because we can get a little loud, even as a family gathering. It was not an issue for us or our neighbors. Lake Tahoe was a treat for all of us as outdoor lovers (coming from Colorado) with so many alternative activities available. We hiked, biked, and fished. From someone that fly fishes 100+ days /year, it was cool to rent float tubes/ fins/rods/gear and take others to share my passion. We also had guides take us early one morning on boats to fish deep for the Mackinaw. Results were poor, but the scenery great!

This house will be nothing you'd ever expect. Absolutely perfect for big groups or multiple families. You'll get lost with all the room. The Master bedroom will be the one you'll need to flip a coin for....It is amazing! Only a five minute drive from the Casinos or about a $8.00 cab ride. Can't wait to go back again. Worth every penny. Thanks Lake Tahoe Accommodations for a Great Bachlorette Weekend!

Overall, this is a great place for a big group. I have hosted a guy?s ski trip here for a few years and it fit the bill nicely. Two good sized TVs and all of the amenities were much appreciated. The place is somewhat run down but not bad at all by the standards of a vacation rental. Good location being close to the casinos and Heavenly ski resort. The stairs could be troublesome if you have a lot of elderly people in your group (the place has 4 floors). I would definitely rent it again with the right sized group.
