Q. Do kids count toward the Max Occupancy number?
A. Kids that are 3 years and under are not counted in the Max Occupancy number.
Q. Is there a down payment required to rent a property?
A. Yes, a 40% deposit is required to reserve a property, and full-payment is collected 60 days prior to arrival.
Q. Is there a security deposit required?
A. A security deposit is not required to reserve a property. We take an impression of your credit card upon check-in in lieu of a security deposit.
Q. What happens if I cancel my reservation?
A. Your reservation is 100% refundable if you cancel within 7 days of booking your property, otherwise it's non-refundable unless trip insurance is purchased.
Q. What is trip insurance?
A. Trip insurance is available through CSA Insurance Services for an extra 6.5% of your reservation cost, and it can cover up to 100% of the cost of your vacation due to cancellation, interruption, or delay. Click here for more information: Trip Insurance
Q. What are my payment options?
A. You can book your vacation rental online using Mastercard or Visa, or you can call us at 800-625-5157 to make arrangements to pay with cashier check or money order.
Q. Are the prices negotiable?
A. Rental prices are non-negotiable.
Q. What if I have a home maintenance problem during my stay?
A. We are open 24 hours a day. Call us at 800-544-3234 and we'll respond immediately.
Q. Do you have any pet-friendly properties?

Q. Are the rental homes supplied with sheets, pillows, and bedding?
A. Yes, all homes are fully equipped with all linens, towels and kitchen equipment including a starter kit of paper goods.
Q. How do I check-in?
A. We are the largest vacation rental company in Lake Tahoe, and have 5 offices around the lake. You'll check-in by visiting the office nearest to your rental property.
Q. What are the check-in & check-out times?
A. You can check-in to your vacation property anytime after 4pm, and check-out time is 10am. Please call your check-in office for all requests regarding early check-in and late check-outs.
Q. What is the check-out procedure?
A. Simply bag up the garbage, load the dishwasher, and return your keys to your check-in office.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes! After you stay with us once, you'll earn a 10% discount on all future rentals. We occasionally offer special rates on certain properties, and other special deals. Visit our Specials page for more details.
