My family and I really enjoyed staying at your condo. Everything was just perfect! It was beautifully decorated the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything one would need, all in good shape and very clean. Books, puzzles and games for the children were greatly appreciated. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and blankets, beach chairs etc. I have been staying at Kingswood since the 1980's and this was one of the nicest rentals we have had. I would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time in this very well maintained townhouse. Everything we needed was provided, including lots of wood for warm fires. It is an excellent location and a spacious, well-designed home.

This is an excellent condo. Very spacious and comfortable for our families. There are plenty of rooms for kids to play together. We love the location, 10 mins away from NorthStar, so convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely remodeled, I felt like cooking at home. Well stocked towels and toiletries, it make our stay extra comfortable.

We have rented this condo several times in the past for our summer vacation. We find the price affordable and the location convenient. The furnishings are comfortable and kept up well. The parking for this condo is nice, it's not congested like other areas in the complex. Kingswood Village is a nice complex, the condos are well maintained and the grounds are well groomed. The condos are a 5 minute drive to the Beach, 10 minutes to the Casinos, and 20 minutes to Rafting.

We have been coming to Kingswood Village off and on for more than 30 years. This condo is the most richly appointed and equipped we have ever stayed in. For the first time we have located a property that we will request every summer!

Enjoyed the view and place was roomy. It was clean and maintained with every need. The location was perfect, and close to the beach. There is air condition, and that is the only thing I disliked. The staff polite and gave information of surrounding area. I'll recommend this accommodation to my friends and relatives.
